Oh my , so sorry for SUCH a late reply - I've been busy with uni work xD - but yes , it's all coloured pencils ....caran d'ache supracolour and faber castell polychromos mainly , but I do tend to use derwent coloursoft and crayola pencils too!!! :D

It's not always the pencils....it is how you use them :D
A tip for coloured pencils......THEY TAKE FOREVER!!!! xD Especially if you want to get these kinds of smooth effects...argh!

Oh , thank you!
I built up layer upon layer , working very lightly in specific mark making techniques; Linear and circular.
Also I've blended some areas to look even smoother too :)
